Answers to your "would you rather...?" questions

Like I said, I was totally impressed with everyone's willingness to provide questions and most of them were legitimately hard for me to answer, so props to you all! Here we go:

Allison asked: Would you rather legally change your last name to Hitler OR never eat chocolate again? Guess I better change this blog to "Meet the Hitlers" because the latter would be a fate worse than death.

Brittnie asked: Would you rather be forced to sleep in a tent in your backyard for a year or be forced to sleep on your tile/wood floor for a year? I'm going to go with sleep on the tile/wood floor because literally anything would be better than attempting to sleep outside in Houston in July/August.

Nancie asked: Would you rather be the first to die among your close friends or the last? I'm going to go with first, so I don't have to go through the sadness of losing the others. How selfless of me, I know.

Karen asked: Would you rather only talk to one person for the rest of your life or never talk to the same person twice? Eek, this one is hard. I guess I'm going to go with only talking to one person but I'm not going to like it!

Lauren asked: Would you rather lose your sense of hearing or sight? I'm not going to be happy about this one either, but I'm going to go with sight. I feel like not being able to hear would make me feel very isolated and I'm not sure I could handle that.

Amanda asked: Would you rather live one life that lasts 1,000 years or live 10 lives that last 100 years each? One life that lasts 1,000 years! I'm sure it would get old, but having to start over every 100 years would be pretty exhausting. And besides, think about how wise I would be!

Natasha asked: Would you rather eat only your least favourite Blizzard flavour for the rest of your life or never eat Blizzards again? (She's Canadian, hence the funky spelling ;) Regrettably, I'm going to have to say never eat Blizzards again. There are a few flavors that would make my "least favorite" list (pumpkin pie, banana split, etc.) and I would pick a new dessert spot before eating those!

Erika asked: Would you rather wear a snow suit in the desert or be naked in Antarctica? So basically Erika is asking whether I would prefer to die or die. I'm going to choose naked in Antarctica because I really despise being hot!

Brandy asked: Would you rather go to HEB every day with both of your kids or go to a children's playscape every day without your kids? This one made me laugh! I think I'm going to pick going to HEB every day with the kids because at least it's productive and I wouldn't look like a creepy child predator. Though the music and food options at Majest-kids are pretty sweet so that might cause me to reconsider...

Katie asked: Would you rather eat all your meals from the scraps off the floor at Chick-fil-A for a month or have to feed 10 toddlers at once every meal for a month? Ugh. Also a difficult choice. I'm going to go with feeding 10 toddlers at once every meal because I'm going to imagine it's in a daycare setting where children all magically behave a million times better and cooperate for things like mealtime.

Allena asked: Would you rather never eat blizzards again or never eat chips & queso again? BLASPHEMY. I'll stop eating blizzards since I can replace them with other dessert options. Chips and queso simply cannot be replaced!

Alissa asked: Would you rather pump forever or be pregnant forever? Pregnant forever! Although I would want to specify which part of pregnancy... if it's second trimester pregnancy forever, then yes, sign me up. If it's 36-weeks-along-with-twins pregnancy, then I might change my tune... but probably not, because I really did not enjoy pumping.

Brittany asked: Would you rather not wash your hair for a month or not brush your teeth for a month? Yuck. I guess I would not wash my hair for a month and invest heavily in cute hats. I could not handle a month of slimy teeth and bad breath, not even with gum!

My SIL, Shannon, was apparently extra motivated because even though she did not actually enter the giveaway, she provided maybe a dozen question options. I trimmed it down to a few favorites to answer: Would you rather have to talk like a baby for the rest of your life or talk like a pirate for the rest of your life? Baby. My pediatrician has a baby voice and look where it got her. Would you rather sing everything you say or prance everywhere you go? Prance. Would you rather have someone do your hair for you every day or have someone do your makeup for you every day? Hair. Would you rather C&C pick out your outfit every day or Brian do your hair and makeup every day? Brian, because C&C would likely pick out the same pair of pajamas along with my red peep-toed wedge shoes every single day.

Jess asked: Would you rather have honey-covered hands or flour-covered feet permanently? Flour-covered feet! Honey-covered hands would not work well with an iphone ;)

Emily asked: Would you rather eat a live snake's beating heart (this is a real thing) or never eat chips & queso again? This is terrible. I would have to bid my beloved chips and queso farewell.

Julia asked: Would you rather only be able to whisper or only be able to shout? Apparently I already talk somewhat loudly and I don't like having to repeat myself so I'll say shout!

Lynnc asked: Would you rather give up internet for a month or books for 3 months? This is not going to make me sound very intelligent, but I can very easily say books. I sadly do not make time for reading these days, whereas that much time without internet would likely send me into some kind of drug-withdrawal-like coma.

Kayla asked: Would you rather have a permanent unibrow or a permanent mullet? Mullet!

Thanks again for playing, everyone!

I hope you have already registered the domain for "Meet the Hitlers" - I'm sure you'd get lots of exciting new visitors with a blog name like that! Also, I am LOL-ing at Shannon's questions and your answers, mostly the one about our pediatrician and the visual of you in the outfit C&C would choose for you every day.

Thanks for taking the time to answer all of the Would You Rathers! That was fun! :-)

Your SIL's question about singing/prancing made me laugh out loud. I just don't know what I would think if I saw someone prancing down the aisle in the grocery store, but the image sure did make me laugh!

Have a great weekend!

Bahaha this was amazing. I think you owe us a "What I'm Wearing Wednesday" (or some such nonsense) post where you let C&C choose your clothes! That PJ+red wedge combo sounds so avant garde!

I am sitting her laughing out loud! Oh my gosh. . . is it totally awful that I would choose eating my food off the floor of CFA over feeding 10 toddlers at every meal??? Bring on the germs. Don't even care.
